My name is Tom Nelson, AKA Midwest Miniature Guy's alter ego. I've been painting minis for 26 years and taking commissions since 2008.

PRICING!

I charge $30 per hour with a 2 hour minimum per figure. This will give your mini a high tabletop quality paint job with lots of detail and a great looking base (if wanted).

This does not include assembly time. If I have to assemble the figure, that will be added into the cost. If you'd like more than 2 hours for more details like freehand work, we can certainly chat about that. If…

Pricing:

Starts at $10 per mini if you send me the mini

Starts at $15 if I source and paint for you

Shipping is usually $5

Painters: Include clear photos of your work, let people know if you are accepting commissions, and provide basic details (contact info, pricing, turnaround times, shipping policy, etc.).

Customers: Review the artist’s work and ask questions about pricing, timing, and shipping before committing. All commission details should be arranged directly with the painter.

General Rules: Only painting showcases, commission offers, and commission requests belong here. Constructive feedback is welcome; insults or harassment will not be tolerated.
